What is a real estate agent, and what do they do?

Coming down to m² floor space, the construction cost is lower for a house than an apartment – and by quite a significant amount. The reasons: construction is less complex, less high, less technical equipment, cost of parking infrastructure cheaper, less wastage and cost surfaces in public areas.
The price of land
This is different because real estate (regardless of being a house or an apartment) will differ in price according to where it is located: inner-city properties are much more expensive compared to the ones in the outskirts. However, there are less options of apartments in the outskirts.
The price V what you get
Logically, the selling price per sqm of apartments is higher than that of houses, but with a more central location and a greater diversity of housing types. For example, any apartments for sale in fort bonifacio would be much more expensive than ones in Quezon province, however in Fort Bonifacio you would be in a district with everything you need right next to you.
